1. How to Register
Please read the terms and conditions prior to proceeding with online registration
There are a number of methods for registration. Our preferred option is using the "Registration Form" online facility within this website.
Please complete one form per delegate.
| On-line | Register for the conference on-line by completing the online registration form. On submitting an online Registration Form, delegates will receive a receipt of application and an Invoice for payment.

1.1 Confirmation
Registration for the conference will be confirmed when your registration and payment has been received.
Registration will not be guaranteed until full payment is received.
1.2 Particular Requirements
Should you have any particular requirements (eg physical access, accessible formats etc) please complete the appropriate sections on the registration form or should you have any queries or require any further information please contact Conference Secretariat.
There will be easy to read printed information about Prague, Conference venue and program available.
The registration form contains a possibility to opt for vegetarian meals at the conference dinner. Lunches will be served in a buffet form including vegetarian meals.
1.3 EUSE Training Session
The first 200 registered and paid delegates will be able to attend one of four training sessions held on Wednesday 27 May 2009 in the Prague Congress Centre. The Training Session will be delivered by experts in the field of Supported Employment and will cover such issues as:
- Marketing strategies for hiring people with severe disabilities
- Transition from School to Work
- People with disabilities speaking up for their rights
- and more..
2. Registration Fees & Payments
The Conference Delegate Fee includes:- Admission to all plenary sessions and parallel sessions
- Conference Delegate Information Pack
- Refreshments during official conference breaks
- Lunch during 2 day conference 28-29 May 2009
- Conference Dinner in the Prague Congress Centre on Thursday 28 May 2009
- Certificate of Attendance
- Access to Conference Presentations and Papers will be included on the Conference Website and EUSE website
- Civic Reception in the Residence of the Mayor of Prague on Wednesday 27 May 2009
The reception is limited to first 135 registered and paid delegates due to the capacity reasons of the Residence of the Mayor. - Admission to Training Session on Wednesday 27 May 2009
Limited to first 200 registered and paid delegates.
2.1 Delegate Fees
The invoice will be issued in Czech Crowns.
The cost for attendance at the conference is:

2.2 Payments
Once you have completed and submitted a Registration Form, an invoice will be sent to you within 10 working days. Please quote the Invoice Number on all payments. You can pay your conference registration fee only by International Bank Transfer. Full details to enable a bank transfer will be made available on your conference invoice . Any bank charges will need to be covered, please ensure you request any admin costs are charged to your account. Please specify Invoice Number on the transfer order (for all delegates if paid in one order).All fees are payable in advance. No delegate will be permitted entry to the conference if an invoice is unpaid.
3. Terms & Conditions
- Registration will not be guaranteed until full payment is received.
- Cancellations - For those unable to attend, a refund will be given for cancellations received in writing, fax, or email up to 30 days prior to the conference less an administration charge of 25%. Regrettably no refunds can be made until after the Conference.
- Refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.
- Substitutions may be made at any time up until 14 days prior to the Conference if received in writing, fax or email. If you wish to substitute a delegate, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
- The organisers reserve the right to alter any details of the event should unforeseen circumstances arise and accept no responsibility for resulting costs or any inconvenience. We advise all delegates to have their own personal, health and travel insurance.
- Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the conference registration fee. For booking your hotel, please go to Accomodation page. Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Training Sessions are limited to 200 places (registered and paid delegates) and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as printed. However, the organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables or plans relating directly or indirectly to the conference, for any cause beyond their reasonable control.
- While every effort has been made to ensure the safety of all delegates, the organisers cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of those attending the conference.
3.1 Privacy (Data Protection) Statement
The Conference Organisers may maintain the data given on this Registration Form for the targeting of future EUSE Conferences. If you do not wish to receive information of this type please write to:
